The Opportunity

Due to significant in-roads into the Business Support recruitment market, Sharp & Carter are now seeking a full time permanent Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their recruitment team based in their Melbourne CBD or Wheelers Hill office. 
Reporting into the Director, the Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for building and developing a 360 degree recruitment desk looking after both permanent and contracting recruitment.

The role will be heavily focused on building strong long term relationships with customers, identifying the best talent in the market, coordinating events and working in a highly enthusiastic team based environment.

Who We Are Looking For

Sharp & Carter is seeking a someone who is self motivated, energetic and has a strong work ethic. In order to be successful you will need the following:
  • Excellent communication skills and proven experience dealing with people
  • Experience within agency recruitment preferably Business Support or Customer Service
  • Tertiary qualification in business or related industry
