We are seeking an experienced ICT Service Lead to provide operational leadership and technical oversight across a multi-site technology environment.
This role will suit a hands-on infrastructure leader who can balance day-to-day ICT operations with governance, security, vendor management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee ICT operations and service delivery across multiple locations
- Support infrastructure upgrades, system updates and cloud initiatives
- Lead incident management, including high-priority outages and security events
- Manage ICT vendors and technology partners
- Review and maintain network architecture and security protocols
- Drive continuous improvement across systems and platforms
- Lead disaster recovery activities and operational reporting
- Proven experience in an ICT Lead, Infrastructure Lead or Senior Systems role
- Strong experience across cloud and on-premise environments
- Solid networking and infrastructure knowledge
- Experience managing vendors and third-party service providers
- Strong understanding of information security and governance principles
- ITIL certification desirable
