This group are a dynamic residential builder who deliver a diverse range of projects across high end residential, multi unit developments & apartments. They have been operating for over 10 years and are known for their ability to deliver complex projects. They have multiple landmark projects and need a Senior Site Manager  to join the business, this is a dynmaic role which will require you to manage landmark projects within the busienss as well as mentor construction site staff. The ideal candidate will be looking to transition in a Construction Manager role

Ideal Candidate 

• 5 + years experience in a Site Manager role 
• Ability to manage and develop staff 
• An interest in progressing into Construction Manager role 
• Experience delivering high end res & townhouse developments 
• Relevent tertiary education 
• Strong communication skills, detailed client reporting skills 

This role will suit a senior candidate looking to take on further responsibility within a leading business. This role will present an opportunity to progress into an Construction manager role with 12 months.
