Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage end to end recruitment activity across a senior portfolio, with a focus on candidate care and building integral stakeholder relationships
- Execute advanced sourcing strategies and conduct market mapping activities to ensure effective pipelining for future roles
- Advise on market conditions and internal processes to ensure processes are set up for success
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders up to executive level
- Execution of compliant contracts, onboarding documents, and pre-employment checks
- Attend recruitment events and career expo's
- Mentor junior team members and act as an escalation point
- Monitor continuous improvement activities
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of recruitment experience
- Strong corporate, white collar or technical recruitment experience
- Ability to conduct strategic recruitment activities and market research
- Qualification in HR, business or related discipline
- Strong trajectory into leadership pathways
