Key Responsibilities:
As a trusted Workplace Relations expert, you will:
- Manage end-to-end employee relations cases, handling multiple complex, high-risk matters concurrently - including workplace disputes, serious misconduct and unlawful termination claims
- Prepare for and represent the organisation in tribunal matters, including conciliations and hearings before the Fair Work Commission
- Conduct thorough, legally sound workplace investigations into allegations of discrimination, bullying, harassment and breaches of workplace legislation
- Partner with senior leaders, HR teams and legal counsel to mitigate risk and ensure best-practice compliance

- Strong experience in complex workplace relations and employment law
- Extensive experience managing high-risk workplace investigations and complex employee relations cases
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex environment with multiple stakeholder group
