The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a senior, strategically focused partnering role working closely with multiple Executive Leadership stakeholders across core corporate functions.
You will support a portfolio of approximately 200 employees across all corporate functions, with this role requiring strong executive presence and the confidence to influence senior leaders with credibility.
You will operate as a trusted advisor, guiding leaders through change, embedding structure, uplifting capability and shaping the people strategy across your portfolio.
Scope & Impact
This is a high‑visibility role that blends strategic advisory, organisational design, change leadership and complex stakeholder management. Your remit will include:
Strategic Partnering & Executive Advisory
- Partner closely with multiple ELT members to shape people strategies aligned to business priorities.
- Build clarity around structure, capability requirements, workforce planning and culture.
- Provide strategic advice on organisational effectiveness, workforce risk, change impacts and planning.
- Lead design and implementation of future‑state structures across corporate functions.
- Support a major functional transformation, ensuring stakeholder alignment and disciplined change execution.
- Guide leaders through evolving operating models, fast‑paced decision‑making and periods of ambiguity.
- Coach executives to lift performance, sharpen accountability and build strong, feedback‑driven team environments.
- Support cultural alignment as the organisation matures and embeds new ways of working.
- Maintain focus, engagement and clarity across teams throughout periods of change.
- Lead complex ER matters, including investigations, performance matters and workforce changes.
- Extensive HR Business Partnering experience within complex, fast‑moving environments
- Proven capability partnering with Executive Leaders and influencing at senior levels
- Strong experience in organisational change, including restructures, operating model shifts or large‑scale transformation
- Exposure to global or matrix structures
- Experience within technology, digital or professional services environments (highly regarded)
- Commercial acumen, strong consulting capability and the ability to work autonomously
- Comfort operating in environments without heavy structure or process
