About the Role:

We are looking for a Service & Warranty Administrator to join a leading home building company. This role is pivotal in ensuring all client service requests and warranty claims are managed efficiently and professionally. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their inquiries are acknowledged and actioned promptly while maintaining clear communication throughout the process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for all service and warranty enquiries.
  • Document, update, and track all communication in the company system.
  • Schedule inspections and coordinate rectification work with supervisors, trades, and clients.
  • Maintain ongoing client contact throughout the service and warranty process.
  • Provide timely responses to inquiries, ensuring a professional client experience.
  • Support service and warranty supervisors and trades with administrative and scheduling tasks.
Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in a volume builder environment.
  • Broad understanding of housing construction.
  • Ability to handle challenging queries and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
  • Professional, confident, and empathetic, with high standards of presentation.
  • Positive attitude, adaptable to change, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
