Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customise Shopify themes using Liquid templating language, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Develop custom Shopify apps to extend the platform's functionalities and address specific client requirements.
• Integrate third-party apps and services seamlessly into Shopify stores, ensuring compatibility and performance.
• Customise Shopify store to enhance user experience, improve conversion rates, and optimise site performance.
• Implement advanced features such as custom product options, dynamic content, and AJAX functionality as per client specifications.
• Utilise Shopify API to integrate with external systems, such as payment gateways, shipping providers, and inventory management systems.
• Develop custom solutions to automate workflows and streamline processes for merchants.
• Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure functionality, compatibility, and performance across different browsers and devices.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, including code documentation, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on using and managing Shopify stores, themes, and apps.

Key skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Shopify Web Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing custom Shopify themes, apps, and integrations.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify's Liquid templating language.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with Shopify API and app development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
