Our client are a well known commercial builder that complete new build and fit-out/refurbishment work. They have won a $8 mil project which involves an extension of an existing structure and a fit-out. The program will go for around 8 months. 

You will be responsible for and report to the PM

• Managing the construction program. 
• Management of all onsite activity. 
• OH&S and QA on the project. 
• Compliance of company's systems and processes.

To be successful for this role you will ideally have been a head site manager and have structure and fit-out experience previously. You must be able to demonstrate strong computer skills and have the ability to effectively communicate to all stakeholders on the project.
