The Role:
- Manage the build from start to finish
- Project has basement and high end architectural elements
- Oversee all sub-contractors
- Strong emphasis on quality
- Tight program, will need to ensure the deadlines are being met
Your background / experience:
- Experience in Site Management, across both commercial and residential
- Experience in architecturally designed projects
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to communicate effectively
