- Coordinate all trades to ensure time and quality measures are met
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Ensure trades are compliant with building regulations
Your background
- Delivered commercial projects in a site manager capacity
- Ideally have previous experience in fit outs/refurbishments
- Illustrate ability to communicate and manage key stakeholders
- Competent in administrative tasks, including IT
As Site Manager for the business you will receive:
- Immediate start on a project to lead from start to finish
- A specialised Director of projects to assist you, with highly competent Contract Administrators in the office
- Highly regarded builder with desirable hourly rate
The Builder & Culture:
A privately owned design and construct fit out company who have been in operation for close to 20 years, specializing in commercial fit-out. They complete projects up to $10 million, all of which are high end, quality builds. Their offices are in the City.
