About the Role
- Site Manage the entire project from start to finish
- Coordinate sub-contractors ensuring time and quality measures are met
- Liaise with stakeholders including consultants and client
- Lead OH&S on site
Your background
- 5+ years in a foreman/site manager role with a commercial builder
- Ideally have previous experience building Child Care Centres or equivalent
- Illustrate ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Competent in administrative tasks, i.e. OH&S paperwork and other compliance requirements
