This group are one of Melbourne's leading Tier 2 construction firms. They deliver school, health, local and federal government and private development work. They have just been awarded a $20 mil private school project and need a Site Manager. 

Reporting into a Project Manager you will work closely to ensure the project is meeting program. You will supervise trades onsite, manage OH&S, work closely with the project manager to resolve design/constructability issues and manage QA. 

You will ideally have commercial experience and completed a new build project from start to finish. You must have excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to present to a high profile architect and client. Please call James Wagner on 0497046799 to discuss.
