A growing organisation operating across Australia and the APAC region is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support leaders and employees across a broad range of HR activities. About the Role You’ll provide day‑to‑day HR support across the employee lifecycle, with a focus on employee relations, performance management and HR operations. The role combines advisory work with practical, on‑the‑ground HR tasks.
This is an on‑site role. Remote or work‑from‑home arrangements are not available.
What You’ll Do
- Provide HR advice to managers on policies, processes and people matters
- Support performance conversations, development plans and probation reviews
- Assist with ER matters including conduct, performance and workplace concerns
- Help resolve workplace issues and facilitate discussions
- Prepare employment documentation and ensure compliance
- Conduct exit interviews and support reporting and insights
- Contribute to HR policy and process improvements
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or related field
- 4–7+ years’ experience in HR advisory or generalist roles
- Experience with employee relations and workplace investigations
- Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation
- Confident communication and coaching skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
