About the role:
- Complete ownership of a high profile project from start to finish 
- Based in South Eastern Suburbs 
- Generate rapport & motivate all sub-contractors
- High priority on quality of finishes
- Ensure program measures are being met and client is kept up to date

Your Background:
- Experience with commercial projects for 5+ years
- Exposure to projects over $50 million, ideally have managed multiple floors simultaneously or large scale mixed use project
- Keen eye for detail and ability to push back on sub-contractors - don't accept mediocrity
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders 
- Basement Experience 
- Apartment / Aged Care Experience preferable
