This group are a dynamic residential builder who deliver a diverse range of projects across high end residential, multi unit developments & apartments. They have been operating for over 10 years and are known for their ability to deliver complex projects.They are currently looking for  Site Manager to join the business. The candidate will be delivering a high end townhouse development over a basement 

Ideal Candidate 

• 3 + years experience in a Site Manager role 
• Ability to manage sub-contractors and drive the project 
• Experience delivering high end res & townhouse developments 
• Relevent tertiary education 
• Strong communication skills, detailed client reporting skills 

This role will suit a senior candidate looking to take on further responsibility within a leading business.
