A large-scale transformation program is underway to bring all technology, systems, and data in-house spanning ERP, HR, clinical, and integration platforms.
The Opportunity As a Solution Architect, you’ll play a key role in shaping the architectural direction, ensuring consistency and quality across multiple streams. You’ll:
- Design and deliver end-to-end solution architecture across ERP, HCM (Workday/UKG), integration, and data streams
- Develop integration patterns, reference architectures, and roadmaps to support full tech modernisation
- Collaborate closely with technical leads, vendors, and business stakeholders to align design and delivery
- Contribute to governance, assurance, and design authority processes
- Support the uplift of architectural capability as systems are transitioned in-house
- Strong background in Solution or Enterprise Architecture
- Experience with ERP and HCM platforms (Workday, UKG, or SuccessFactors)
- Understanding of integration and cloud technologies (Azure, MuleSoft, or Boomi)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Immediate or 2-week availability — this is an urgent requirement
