Reporting to the National Outlet Manager and supported by an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, coaching your team, and delivering exceptional results. You’ll be the driving force behind a dynamic store culture that reflects excellence, ambition, and customer-centricity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences and build lasting client relationships
- Drive store performance through strategic planning and execution of KPIs and budgets
- Maintain high standards in visual merchandising and store presentation
- Oversee stock control and inventory management processes
- Proven success in exceeding sales targets within a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience coaching and developing teams
- Demonstrated ability to build and retain a VIP client base
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in operational retail management
- Passion for fashion and a desire to grow within the premium retail sector
