Key Responsibilities:
As a Studio Manager:
- Ensure the efficient daily operation and cleanliness of our in-house photography studio.
- Support and manage the relations with the external suppliers.
- Maintain studio booking calendar and schedule.
- Oversee studio inventory & equipment maintenance.
- Organize and manage image files for an efficient workflow.
- Occasional photography work.
As a Digital Retouching Specialist:
- Collaborate with the creative team, liaise, and build relationships with brands and agencies to produce high-quality product images.
- Make corrections and colour match images to represent products accurately.
- Use your expertise to be a link between what the brands and key stakeholders want and what the agencies can deliver.
- Work with photographers, videographers, agencies, and the team in-house to maintain high-quality video production.
- Have first-class attention to detail.
Key Skills Required:
- Experience within Retail or Fashion preferred but not essential
- Experience in a photography studio
- Familiarity with professional photography studio setup and equipment.
- Experience with Capture One.
- Experience in fast-paced working environments and collaborative problem-solving.
- Creative, innovative, and able to confidently present new ideas.
- Experience in handling competing deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
