If you are an experienced Superannuation professional that is attracted to the prospect of working for a pre-eminent Financial Services practice then this is a role you will need to consider.

In this role you will advise across:

• trust deeds, fund and trustee governance, compliance, trustee and directors’ duties and documentation
• financial product rationalisation and superannuation fund mergers and associated regulatory issues
• successor fund transfers and superannuation fund acquisitions
• Superannuation Guarantee legislation, 
• superannuation aspects of M&A transactions
• Australian financial services licensing and RSE licensing
• financial services disclosures 
• service provider and material outsourcing agreements with custodians and administrators
• creation and wind up of superannuation funds; and
• distribution agreements including platform services agreements.

To be considered for this role you will have at least 3 years PQE from a reputable FS/Superannuation practice. Alternatively if you have worked extensively across the Superannuation space and recently been admitted to practice then you will also be given due consideration. You will also have excellent drafting and analytical skills. You will have exceptional attention to detail and strong academics.
