About the Role
Join a rapidly expanding FMCG business with a diverse portfolio of household food brands sold through leading supermarkets. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end planning — from forecasting demand and managing supplier orders, to optimising inventory levels and freight timelines.
Working closely with overseas suppliers, 3PL partners and internal teams, you’ll help bring structure to a fast-paced, high-growth environment that’s investing heavily in automation and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts and replenishment plans.
- Manage inventory levels, purchase orders and supplier communication.
- Monitor stock health, forecast accuracy and service performance.
- Support automation and process improvements within supply planning.
- Collaborate with freight forwarders and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time supply.
- 3+ years’ experience in FMCG or importing supply chain planning.
- Proven background managing long lead times and complex supplier networks.
- Skilled in ERP and Excel (experience with Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central highly regarded).
- Comfortable in an evolving, hands-on environment with competing priorities.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- $90–100k + super (flexible for the right candidate)
- Eastern Suburbs location – 5 days in office initially, then hybrid (3 WFH / 2 office)
- 6–12 month contract with potential to extend
