This is a permanent opportunity for a commercially minded change agent who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys blending consulting-style thinking with hands-on delivery.
About the Role
This is not a BAU supply chain role. You’ll sit at the intersection of operations, planning and systems, driving projects that improve structure, process and performance across the supply chain.
With a new ERP recently implemented, the foundations are in place, now the business needs someone agile and dynamic to optimise the system, embed best practice processes and lift capability across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the VP Supply Chain & Operations to redesign and improve the supply chain operating model.
- Lead cross-functional transformation projects across planning, operations and logistics.
- Optimise and embed their ERP to ensure it is delivering commercial and operational value.
- Drive process improvement initiatives that improve service, visibility and cost performance.
- Work directly with internal stakeholders and external partners to improve planning and execution.
- Build structure, reporting and governance frameworks that enable scalable growth.
- Act as a change agent, influencing teams and uplifting capability across the function.
About You
We’re looking for someone with proven experience transforming supply chain functions with strong experience across planning and logistics.
You will have:
- Exposure to transformation or project-based roles, ideally within FMCG or a fast-moving environment.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- A consulting mindset - comfortable diagnosing problems, building roadmaps and executing change.
- Proven ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- A dynamic, solutions-focused approach with the ability to operate in ambiguity.
Why Join?
This is a rare opportunity to step into a visible transformation role with genuine influence. In the first 6–12 months, you’ll stabilise and optimise D365, improve planning and operational processes, and help reshape how the supply chain function operates. Longer term, this role offers significant scope to grow with the business as it continues to mature its systems, structure and performance.
If you’re looking for a role where you can genuinely make change happen, rather than just manage BAU, this could be the opportunity.
