Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, with exposure to the CEO, this role is responsible for executing the end-to-end supply chain lifecycle for the e-commerce channel.
You will manage supply and materials planning across raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, ensuring product availability aligns with online demand while coordinating closely with suppliers and contract manufacturers.
Duties
- Execute supply plans for e-commerce demand
- Place orders and manage production timelines
- Manage MRP across materials and packaging
- Coordinate raw material to finished good flow
- Maintain production admin through to receival
- Ensure QA across production lifecycle
- Manage supplier and manufacturer comms
- Track offshore and local lead times
- Maintain system data (reports, item masters, BOMs)
- Experience in inventory, supply or materials planning
- Exposure to FMCG or manufacturing environments
- Experience with inventory systems
- Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working autonomously
- Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment
- $80k–$90k + super
- Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 day WFH)
