They are looking for a Service Delivery and System Administrator to be responsible for the delivery of ICT service and maintenance programs utilising the ITIL environment.
Role responsibilities:
- Administration of ICT Service Management (Using Jira) including the assessment and allocation of incoming incidents and requests.
- Provision of Level 1 & 2 support across the ICT stack.
- Assisting with Level 3 support under the supervision of Level 3 staff where required.
- Delivery of maintenance programs, including the preparation of maintenance tasks within agreed windows (including patching, firmware updates and vulnerability actions).
- Action Cyber Security incidents using appropriate processes.
- Communicate with Vendors, Stakeholders and End Users.
- Completion of administrative tasks, configurations, and audits across key systems.
- Deliver training (ad-hoc and planned) for end users to improve technology use and understanding across the business.
- Contribute towards team, department and company goals and aspirations.
- Physical deployment of ICT hardware.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Workplace experience in Systems Administration and/or Service Management using ITIL processes.
- Vendor certifications in relevant technologies.
- Knowledge of Workstation Operating Systems (Windows 10, 11 & Mac iOS) and Mobile Device
Management (MDM) of iPhone, Samsung and Ruggedized mobile devices. - Knowledge of Server Operating Systems (OS) and Server Infrastructure (Windows, Linux, Azure and
HCI preferred). - Knowledge of Cyber Security requirements in an enterprise environment (Palo Alto and Defender Preferred).
- Understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting procedures (Aruba preferred).
- Understanding of ERP (SAP Preferred) and other Key Business Applications.
