In this role you will be working alongside the Head of People & Culture and working within a team of 4 other individuals. This role will require an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes initiatives on tasks. You will enjoy being agile and flexible, as this position will involve working across the business driving and coordinating the national recruitment strategies and handling end to end recruitment for all legal and corporate roles. Great step for an agency recruiter looking to explore a new challenge and step into an internal role. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership and lead the talent acquisition function across the business's operations with a national outlook;
  • Provide generalist recruitment advice, coaching and training to leaders with regards to best hiring practice, recommendations, and market insights;
  • Create and develop job descriptions, interviewing and selection criteria; 
  • Conduct interviews alongside hiring managers across all legal and corporate services roles;
  • Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to identify trends and make recommendations to improve performance;
  • Advise the HR team and wider business on talent trends and changes in the market.
Skills & Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, management or a business-related discipline will come highly regarded; 
  • Experience working in legal or professional services will come highly regarded;
  • Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively in a complex and changing environment;
  • Team focused attitude whilst also maintaining the ability to work autonomously is essential in this environment as well as strong communication skills.
