About the role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of high-volume recruitment, partnering closely with HR and operational stakeholders to ensure workforce needs are met efficiently and with quality front of mind.
This role will also play a key part in refining recruitment processes, delivering assessment centres, and supporting broader people initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end, high-volume recruitment across multiple roles
- Manage, coach and develop a small Talent Acquisition team
- Design and facilitate assessment centres
- Partner closely with HR and hiring managers to understand workforce needs
- Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes and candidate experience
- Ensure compliance with recruitment best practice and internal policies
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment environments
- Experience leading or mentoring a recruitment or TA team
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience running assessment centres (highly regarded)
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, operational environments
- Hands-on, pragmatic and solutions-focused
- $120,000 base + super
