Sharp & Carter are recruiting a Talent Acquisition Partner to join one of Australia’s most loved FMCG brands. This is a rare opportunity for a TA professional who loves pace, variety and true partnering to work closely with operational and technical leaders across a complex, high-performing business.

It’s a hands-on, consultative TA position where you’ll deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions, influence hiring outcomes and contribute to process improvement initiatives across a diverse and operationally critical portfolio.

Where you’ll be
  • Can be based in Sydney or Brisbane
  • 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH 
  • Occasional travel to support stakeholder relationships may be required

This is a 360-degree Talent Acquisition Partner role. The portfolio is fast-paced, operationally focused and high volume.

You’ll recruit across a broad and varied portfolio including:
  • Facilities Management
  • Engineering and Maintenance
  • Refrigeration Technicians and Apprenticeship Programs
  • Fire Protection
  • Compliance Auditors
  • Construction and Program Management
  • Distribution Centres and broader operational teams
  • Own the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across volume and specialist roles
  • Deliver high-speed attraction and succession planning for store and distribution centre operations
  • Develop deep sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles, particularly within facilities and refrigeration
  • Take a proactive sourcing approach, building talent pipelines and strong market networks
  • Leverage and optimise ATS, CRM and Career Marketplace technology to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes
  • Act as a true talent consultant, advising stakeholders on market mapping, attraction strategies, time-to-hire and diverse hiring
  • Support and influence process improvement initiatives, with a focus on candidate experience and operational efficiency
  • Use data, market insights and internal SME knowledge to solve complex recruitment challenges
  • Collaborate closely with TA colleagues to deliver shared goals and outcomes
  • Adapt confidently to shifting priorities and business change
About You!
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Agency Recruitment, ideally within operational, technical, FMCG or high-volume environments
  • Comfortable working in complex organisations with internal movement and evolving priorities
  • Positive, warm and engaging
  • Brings calm, maturity and structure to a fast-paced, change-heavy environment
  • Strong problem-solving and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge and guide stakeholders
