Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver effective, high-quality recruitment solutions
- Identify hard-to-fill or ‘at-risk’ roles early and work proactively to manage timelines and expectations
- Support the delivery of a consistent, positive experience for candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders
- Build and maintain internal and external talent pipelines aligned to future workforce needs
- Represent the business confidently in external talent markets, including agency engagement
- Use recruitment systems and tools to manage data and process effectively
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment delivery
- Strong background recruiting across IT, data/analytics, finance or commercial teams
- 5+ years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment (in-house, RPO or agency)
- Comfortable managing high volumes in a large, structured environment
- Skilled at influencing and advising a broad range of stakeholders
- Proactive and organised, with the ability to balance competing priorities
- Familiarity with ATS platforms - experience with Avature highly desirable
- Flexibility to work from either Sydney CBD or Western Sydney office
- Hybrid working model (3 days in office, 2 from home)
