About the Role:
The Team Assistant Position is a key support role within the Operations team, responsible for delivering high-quality administrative, coordination and communication support to senior leaders and broader stakeholders. This role plays an important part in ensuring operational efficiency, consistency and strong internal engagement across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, including diary management, travel coordination and documentation
- Coordinate and maintain operational processes, SOPs and key registers
- Support internal communications, engagement activities, inductions and events
- Manage SharePoint sites, document libraries and internal collaboration platforms
- Oversee fleet administration, expenses, invoicing and compliance requirements
- Coordinate projects, meetings, conferences and change initiatives
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive and values-driven workplace
- Proven experience in a senior administration, operations coordination or similar support role
- Experience supporting senior leaders within a fast-paced, multi-site or national environment
- Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills with confidence engaging at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint; experience with digital platforms highly regarded
- Background in retail, franchise, wholesale or multi-location organisations advantageous
