The role
In this leadership position, your main focus will be coaching and developing your team members to drive sales performance and ensure excellent outcomes for customers.

- Providing coaching, development, and guidance on performance, sales techniques, and relevant industry knowledge.
- Optimizing individual and team performance and development according to company performance standards.
- Motivating and engaging your team to enhance sales performance and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Monitoring and maintaining consistently high-quality customer service through NPS.
- You possess a genuine passion for coaching and developing others.
- You have prior experience leading a team in a sales or customer service contact center environment.
- You demonstrate care and concern for your work and teammates.
- You have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs, showing resilience when faced with challenges.
- You are proficient in various software systems and comfortable navigating them.
