About the Role
As the Technical Coordinator you will report into the technical manager where you will work closely with the production team to ensure regulations and requirements are being met by the team. This will be hands on position where you will have the opportunity to develop your career with learning and development opportunities.

You will play a crucial role in overseeing the optimisation of manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new equipment, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and ensuring adherence to quality control measures. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical departments.

Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in food science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies.
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance overall product quality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve quality-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance and adherence to quality guidelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical standards and procedures to team members.
