About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Service Representative (TSR) to join a leading supplier in the automotive aftermarket industry on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This field-based role offers the chance to support sales growth by engaging with distributors, wholesalers, and workshops, while delivering exceptional service and technical expertise. Duties
  • Support the sales team in achieving regional sales targets.
  • Visit wholesalers, distributor branch warehouses, and retail outlets to gather and organize information on purchases, sales, and inventory.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with workshops and retail outlets, monitoring sales performance and reporting irregularities.
  • Collect and consolidate competitor information to inform business strategy.
  • Identify training and business requirements from customers and communicate internally to address needs.
  • Deliver product and brand introductions, as well as basic training sessions, to regional customers.
  • Assist in expanding retail networks and supporting new customers to drive growth.
  • Ensure timely reporting and follow-up on all activities.
Skills & Experience
  • Sales experience in the automotive aftermarket; retail experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of distribution processes and customer needs for technical and consumable parts.
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts and wholesalers, with experience in collecting and analyzing business data.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • College degree or equivalent education background.
