About the Role
This is a candidate and account management-focused role, perfect for someone who thrives on relationship building, problem-solving and delivering results. You’ll support a portfolio of existing clients in the tech space, helping to source, engage, and manage quality IT and digital candidates for both contract and permanent positions.
No cold calling – just genuine partnership and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing and submission to requestions
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with both candidates and clients
- Create engaging content and react in a timely fashion to connect with prospective candidates
- Be a part of understanding our clients needs by taking detailed job briefs and deliver on job briefs in a timely and professional manner
- Provide outstanding service with a focus on quality, consistency, and our core value “care”
- Ensuring database is updated and managed with a focus on consistency.

- Experience in recruitment, sales, technology, project or executive support.
- Confident communicators with strong interpersonal skills
