Our client are seeking a professional, polished, and highly organised Executive Assistant to step in and provide seamless support to the CEO and CFO during a period of leave. About the Role
In this temporary assignment, you’ll work closely with the CEO, CFO, and internal support teams to keep things running smoothly. With a thorough four-day handover before leave begins, you’ll be set up for success and ready to hit the ground running.
Key Details:
- Dates: 1st September onwards
- Handover: 4 days prior to leave
- Location: Onsite, 5 days per week
- Hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Provide high-level executive support to the CEO & CFO
- Manage inboxes, calendars, and meeting schedules
- Coordinate Board meetings and other key internal meetings
- Book and manage catering for events and meetings
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, agendas, and reports
- Manage expenses, approvals, and other office processes
- Action same-day emails with urgency and discretion
- Handle confidential information professionally
- Assist with recruitment or HR administration tasks
- Maintain smooth communication in a fast-paced, open-plan office
- Proficiency with PDF editing, combining, extracting, and creating fillable forms
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to juggle dual reporting lines (CEO & CFO) with ease
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous EA experience at C-suite level preferred
- Friendly, adaptable, and able to work both independently and in a team
