Are you an organised, proactive Executive Assistant looking to join a thriving property and construction company? We have a fantastic opportunity to support the Managing Director of a well-established business based in Richmond.
About the Role:
As the Executive Assistant, you will be the right-hand to the Managing Director, managing a broad range of administrative and operational tasks to ensure their day runs smoothly. This is a temp-to-perm role with an immediate start, offering a competitive salary package and a secure car park.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive support including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate meetings and assist with project management tasks.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and special projects as directed by the Managing Director.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively anticipate the needs of the Managing Director.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and other common business software.
- A flexible and adaptable approach, willing to support occasional after-hours work.
