We are seeking a capable and proactive Administrative Assistant to join a well-established manufacturing business in Ingleburn for a short-term temporary assignment. This role offers a great opportunity to support a cohesive and hardworking team, ensuring day-to-day operations continue to run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls, providing immediate assistance or directing calls as required
- Prepare quotes for standard products
- Raise, manage, and close job orders
- Order processing and invoice administration
- Data entry, scanning, and filing of documentation
- Load sharing and collaboration with other administrative staff
- Assist with general office administration and ad-hoc tasks as needed
- Available to commence immediately
- Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Communicates well and enjoys supporting a busy operational environment
- Can adapt quickly and work confidently with different stakeholders
- Comfortable committing to a short-term assignment
- Duration 3 months, with the possibility of extension
- Five days Monday-Friday
