About the role 

We are looking for friendly and professional Customer Service Officer to join a fun team for a short temporary assignment. This role will run for a minimum of 8 weeks located in Knoxfield. You will be helping the current team answer inbound calls and emails relating to new and existing orders, memberships and system updates. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Liaising with existing clients over phone and email 
  • Updating a spreadsheet as well as the CRM
  • Providing basic technical support and assisting with orders 
  • General administration duties 
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as directed
Skills / Experience

Experience working in a similar Customer Service position, as well as:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and customer service skills
  • A good understanding of basic technology and computers (CRM & SAP)
  • Enthusiastic, professional and proactive approach to work 
  • Ability to work within a high volume, team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving
