We are currently seeking an Office Administrator / Workplace Coordinator to join a fast-paced, people-focused environment and play a key role in delivering a seamless and welcoming workplace experience. This is an immediate start opportunity, ideal for someone who thrives in front-of-house roles and enjoys being the go-to person in the office.

About the Role
As the first point of contact for the office, you’ll create a professional, inclusive, and engaging environment for employees, clients, and visitors. You’ll support the day-to-day operations of the workplace, ensuring everything runs smoothly while delivering a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the front-of-house representative, greeting clients and visitors and creating a positive first impression
  • Manage meeting rooms, bookings, and office coordination activities
  • Assist with workplace requests such as security access, Wi-Fi, and general office support
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for facilities, maintenance, and office services
  • Support internal events and workplace activations
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the overall workplace experience
About You
  • Experience as an Office Administrator, Workplace Coordinator, Concierge, or similar
  • Strong customer service mindset with a genuine passion for creating great experiences
  • Well-presented, approachable, and brings positive energy to the workplace
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new systems
