- Build relationships and maintain existing client accounts
- Customer visits as required to establish and maintain relations and understand their needs to ensure continuous improvement of customer service
- Understand and respond appropriately to customer needs, transitioning query to customer service as required
- Maintain long term business relationships with all accounts.
- Develop and implement sales plans for allocated accounts to ensure mutually agreed targets are achieved.
- Identify sales growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Development of appropriate sales and marketing plans to secure new business as per pipeline targets
- Identifying and negotiating growth opportunities for an existing account through innovation and value engineering
- Maintaining internal relationships
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Behaviours
- Sales and/ or marketing and supply chain experience preferred but not essential
- Experience in Managing Customer Relationships
- Understanding of warehousing / engineering or supply chain preferred
