Our client is seeking a Kronos Test & Functional Analyst to join their team on a 14-month fixed term contract. This role plays a pivotal part in a major workforce management transition project and will sit at the intersection of HR, Payroll, and IT.

The Opportunity

• Support the migration from Kronos WFC to UKG Pro WFM.
• Partner with IT and Payroll to configure pay rules, enterprise agreements, and scheduling.
• Lead and coordinate functional testing phases to validate data integrity and payroll outcomes.
• Establish and maintain clear documentation.
• Contribute to building a stronger framework for ongoing system support and user training.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in Kronos / UKG – configuration, testing, and integration.
• Experience in payroll rules, time & attendance, or enterprise agreement mapping.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders.
• Solid documentation and analytical skills.
