Sharp & Carter HR are extremely proud to partner with a highly regarded, purpose-driven organisation seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead the quality and delivery of their training.
This is an exciting opportunity for a training leader who enjoys balancing strategic oversight with hands-on program development, while ensuring training frameworks meet regulatory standards and deliver meaningful outcomes for employees and the communities they support.

The Opportunity
Reporting into the Head of Learning & Development, this role will lead the development, delivery and continuous improvement of learning programs across the organisation. You will play a key role in strengthening training frameworks, ensuring compliance with RTO standards, and supporting trainers to deliver high-quality, engaging experiences.

There is also a strong focus on program enhancement and upcoming course launches, offering the opportunity to shape new training initiatives and improve the structure and quality of existing learning materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage training programs delivered through the organisation
  • Oversee the development, review and continuous improvement of learning materials and assessments
  • Ensure training programs meet RTO standards, compliance and quality assurance requirements
  • Support trainers and subject matter experts in delivering engaging and effective learning
  • Manage validation, moderation and assessment mapping processes
  • Contribute to the design and launch of new training programs and initiatives
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure learning outcomes align with organisational capability needs
About You
You are an experienced training professional with strong knowledge of RTO frameworks and compliance requirements. You bring a collaborative leadership style and enjoy working closely with trainers, subject matter experts and operational leaders to deliver impactful learning outcomes.

You will also bring:
  • Demonstrated experience working within an RTO or regulated training environment
  • Strong understanding of training package requirements, assessment validation and compliance
  • Experience managing or supporting trainers and learning teams
  • The ability to balance detail-oriented compliance requirements with practical training delivery
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
