The Opportunity
Reporting into the Head of Learning & Development, this role will lead the development, delivery and continuous improvement of learning programs across the organisation. You will play a key role in strengthening training frameworks, ensuring compliance with RTO standards, and supporting trainers to deliver high-quality, engaging experiences.
There is also a strong focus on program enhancement and upcoming course launches, offering the opportunity to shape new training initiatives and improve the structure and quality of existing learning materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage training programs delivered through the organisation
- Oversee the development, review and continuous improvement of learning materials and assessments
- Ensure training programs meet RTO standards, compliance and quality assurance requirements
- Support trainers and subject matter experts in delivering engaging and effective learning
- Manage validation, moderation and assessment mapping processes
- Contribute to the design and launch of new training programs and initiatives
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure learning outcomes align with organisational capability needs
You are an experienced training professional with strong knowledge of RTO frameworks and compliance requirements. You bring a collaborative leadership style and enjoy working closely with trainers, subject matter experts and operational leaders to deliver impactful learning outcomes.
You will also bring:
- Demonstrated experience working within an RTO or regulated training environment
- Strong understanding of training package requirements, assessment validation and compliance
- Experience managing or supporting trainers and learning teams
- The ability to balance detail-oriented compliance requirements with practical training delivery
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
