About the Role
Reporting directly to an entrepreneurial and highly engaged CEO, this Executive Assistant role is a true right-hand position. You will play a pivotal role in keeping the business running smoothly, providing trusted, high-level support while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Melbourne office.
This is a hands-on, varied role that will suit someone who enjoys being at the centre of the business, thrives on responsibility and can confidently juggle competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing high-quality, timely executive support to the CEO, senior leaders and Board
- Managing the CEO’s inbox, diary, meetings and travel
- Preparing communications, presentations and reports
- Organising meetings, agendas and minutes and tracking actions
- Supporting project tracking and follow-ups from leadership meetings
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the Melbourne office
- Coordinating office supplies, kitchen stock and facilities matters
- Booking and preparing meeting rooms
- Supporting ad hoc tasks and projects as required
- Experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administration role supporting senior leaders
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Experience with CRM, ERP or automation tools highly regarded
- Project coordination experience highly regarded
