With a strong focus on workforce management and technology‑enabled solutions, they are now seeking a UKG Business Support Officer to join their team.


The Role

Working closely with the UKG Business Support Lead, this role plays a key part in supporting time & attendance processes, HR reporting, data insights, and systems optimisation.

You will partner with Payroll, Workforce Planning, HR Operations, HRIS, and Employee Relations to ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance, and ongoing enhancement of the UKG Pro Workforce Management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver face‑to‑face and online training to users, including creating and maintaining training materials and videos.
  • Support and engage frontline leaders to drive system adoption and user understanding.
  • Collaborate with Payroll & Workforce Planning teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Maintain data accuracy across employee hours, undertake compliance checks, and manage time & attendance reporting.
  • Troubleshoot integrations into and out of the UKG System.
  • Manage business queries via the approved ticketing tool, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Produce reports, insights and data analysis to support business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, Awards, EAs, and relevant legislation.
  • Contribute to process improvement and continuous system optimisation.

Skills & Experience

  • Prior hands‑on experience using UKG Pro Workforce Management is essential.
  • Prior experience in payroll processes, compliance, and award/EA interpretation.
  • Strong ability to train, influence and support users across all levels.
  • Experience in change management, system improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, rostering, and payroll principles
  • Highly tech‑savvy, with intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical detail into clear, practical guidance.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
