About the role
This well known retail organisation is looking for a UKG interface specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will be sitting in their payroll support team, and working very closely with the head of payroll.
The Responsibilities
- Interpret a high volume, complex number of EA's through UKG.
- Analyze and report back tracked data
- Respond to all customer queries (face to face, telephone, email)
- Assess, design, and test integrations including creating and designing the changes to the interface files to address needs for data elements, file layout, custom fields and data transformation
- Update all documentation and training material to remain consistent with changes in business processes and system developments.
- Thorough working knowledge in the use and configuration of UKG
- Proven ability to design, write and test interfaces in UKG
- At least 3 years’ experience with HRIS systems
- Experience with different awards
- Strong Excel and numeracy skills is very important
- Excellent communication skills
