Position Overview: Our client is currently seeking a Afternoon Shift Manager to oversee the operations during the afternoon hours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the afternoon shift team, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the facilities, and maintaining the integrity of stored products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all activities during the afternoon shift.
- Coordinate and assign tasks to the afternoon shift team members, including warehouse staff and equipment operators.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Implement inventory management practices to accurately track product movement and availability.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and shift managers to ensure smooth transition between shifts.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the FMCG space
