Reporting into the Head of Workplace Relations & Governance, this senior role plays a key part in providing expert advice across employee relations, industrial relations, investigations, and projects, while also contributing to broader people and organisational initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing complex employee and industrial relations matters end-to-end
- Providing expert advice on performance management, misconduct, investigations, and terminations
- Supporting leaders across enterprise agreements, awards, and Australian employment legislation
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure consistent, pragmatic, and risk-aware decision making
- Contributing to broader projects across governance, policy, and organisational change
- Acting as a trusted advisor within a values-led, people-focused environment
You will demonstrate:
- Significant experience across employee and industrial relations
- Strong working knowledge of Australian employment law and IR frameworks
