The Opportunity
In the capacity of Head of HR Operations, you will assume a critical leadership role in shaping and guiding the People & Culture strategy across 10+ sites, overseeing a diverse workforce of over 2,000 employees, inclusive of both white and blue-collar staff. This role demands exceptional leadership and vision as you lead a high-performing team of HR professionals, concentrating on key domains such as Work Health and Safety (WH&S), Employee Engagement, Employee Relations (ER), and Industrial Relations (IR).
Your stewardship will be instrumental in cultivating a vibrant organisational culture that promotes engagement and high performance while executing effective recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies.
Collaboration will be paramount as you partner closely with the Executive Leadership Team to ensure that all People & Culture initiatives are strategically aligned with overarching business objectives. By championing leadership development, performance management, and employee well-being, you will drive engagement levels and enhance organisational effectiveness across various departments. Furthermore, you will oversee the entire employee life cycle, proactively addressing ER and IR matters to strengthen workforce capabilities and provide customised HR support to leaders and staff throughout the organisation.
