This permanent role will be based in Brisbane and offers exposure to a diverse workforce spanning blue-collar through to corporate roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end enterprise bargaining processes, including strategy, negotiation, lodgement, and implementation
- Provide strategic advice on complex workplace and industrial relations matters
- Partner with leaders to manage employment compliance, workforce risk, and major workplace change
- Build effective relationships with unions, employee representatives, and senior stakeholders
- Support matters before the Fair Work Commission as required
- Act as a subject matter expert on enterprise agreements, legislation, and industry trends
- Significant senior-level experience in workplace or industrial relations
- Proven experience negotiating enterprise agreements across large workforces
- Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act and Fair Work Commission processes
- Commercially minded with the ability to balance risk, compliance, and business outcomes
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
