Lead a busy scaffold yard supporting major infrastructure projects across VIC, SA, and QLD. Oversee stock, team, safety, and equipment utilisation in a hands-on role.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage scaffold movements, shrinkage, and utilisation
- Lead a team of 8 (drivers, yard hands, maintenance)
- Oversee dispatch, returns, stacking, and equipment upkeep
- Ensure safety, stock accuracy and operational performance
- Liaise with site teams and unionised clients
- Strong leadership in yard, transport or hire operations
- Proven experience reducing shrinkage and improving process
- Forklift licence & white card (or willingness to obtain)
- Practical, assertive, and safety-focused mindset
