Overview The Amazon and E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimising the Amazon platform to drive sales, improve product visibility, and enhance the customer experience. It also provides support across all DTC and B2B e-commerce websites, assisting with product management, merchandising, and day-to-day site operations. Responsibilities Amazon Platform Management Create and maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy, search optimisation, strong conversion potential, and alignment with brand guidelines and visual standards. Develop and manage Amazon advertising campaigns, overseeing budgets and optimising performance to maximise ROI. Manage Amazon Vendor Services to enhance product visibility, improve advertising effectiveness, resolve platform issues, and reduce operational bottlenecks. Generate performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations to drive sales growth and operational efficiency. E-Commerce Platform Management Support the daily management of all DTC and B2B e-commerce websites. Oversee the full product lifecycle, including creation, updates, and timely removal. Assist with website merchandising and creation of digital assets in alignment with the Digital Marketing Calendar. Skills and Experience 3+ years of experience managing Amazon Marketplace and supporting e-commerce platforms, with Shopify experience preferred. Demonstrated end-to-end experience in planning, executing, and optimising Amazon advertising campaigns. Proven ability to analyse data, identify trends, and implement strategies to optimise product listings, increase conversions, and drive sales.
