You’ll help design and execute CRM strategies that drive customer loyalty, improve retention, and ensure every customer feels at home with Freedom. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement CRM campaigns to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for personalized marketing. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless customer communication. Manage email marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and customer feedback initiatives. What We’re Looking For Experience: 2+ years in CRM, marketing, or a related role, ideally in retail or e-commerce. Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), email marketing tools, and analytics software.
