OverviewAs a key member of the Customer & Marketing team, the Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for setting up and managing email marketing automation, email campaigns and online forms/surveys to deliver personalized customer communication. Working with a cross-functional team you will help define the customer journeys that shape our digital customer experience.Responsibilities Optimise campaign performance through A/B testing Implement customer lifecycle strategies including use of customer segmentation to develop, maintain and optimise the overall customer journey and performance. Manage email campaigns, test new cross-channel strategies, and build automated lifecycle communications. Create and execute email campaigns and associated online forms or surveys. This includes developing new campaign concepts, building emails, segmenting audience lists, delivering campaigns, and reporting results. Reporting - Constantly reviewing campaign and journey performance, providing insights and recommending improvements Define, implement and automate omnichannel communications and touch points to improve lead nurture, service provided, retention, engagement and the overall customer experience.
